Hey! I’m Coach Clare! 

When you need a hype girl to cheer you on - it’s me. 

When you need a shoulder to cry on - it’s me. 

And when you need someone that understands how to navigate tough situations - it’s me. 

I’m a certified facilitator for cold plunging and breathwork, as well as in the corporate space, and I am committed to helping you find “clarety”.

Not only do I have the following certifications:

  • SHERPA certified Breath & Cold Coach

  • Pursuing IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitators designation

  • Organizational Behaviour, Georgian College

  • Competent Toastmaster Designation, Toastmasters International 

…I was voted best sense of humour in OAC!!! Because having a sense of humour can get us through the tough stuff!
